Our Keynote Speaker
Dr. Rachel D. Fox
Dr. Rachel D. Fox, DSL, is a keynote speaker, leadership strategist, doctoral faculty member, and social entrepreneur whose work sits at the intersection of purpose, leadership, and transformation.
Rachel holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Oral Roberts University, where she now serves as doctoral faculty in the same program she graduated from — teaching courses in spirit-empowered leadership to the next generation of organizational leaders. She earned her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from ORU, where she was recognized as the Outstanding Graduate Student, and her Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
As a speaker, Rachel is known for her ability to command a room with honest storytelling, humor, and the kind of energy that makes a keynote feel like a conversation — not a lecture. She speaks on purpose, resilience, identity, and leadership with a style that is equal parts inspirational and practical, leaving audiences feeling seen, challenged, and recharged.
Rachel's impact has been recognized across her community and industry. She is an Omaha World-Herald Inspire Awards finalist in the Visionary category, a Phenomenal Woman Game Changer Award finalist, the Midlands Business Journal Gamechanger of the Year (2022), an Omaha Magazine Faces of Omaha Keynote Speaker (2023), a Jaycees Ten Outstanding Young Omahans (TOYO) recipient, and a Greater Omaha Chamber Young Professionals Changemaker.
She is the founder and principal of Rachel D Fox & Co, a coaching and speaking practice built around her signature framework, The Reclamation — a journey of remembering who you've always been and reclaiming what was always yours. She also leads Catapult Consulting Solutions, a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) providing strategic consulting to businesses and organizations, and founded You Go Girl, a nonprofit empowering young women through leadership development programming across schools in the Omaha metro area — born from her own daughter's experience navigating a rare medical diagnosis and bullying.
Rachel is the author of Back to Me: Evolved and Unshaken and the host of Barefoot Conversations, a podcast rooted in real stories of faith, identity, and return. Her message is grounded in a simple but powerful belief: that the most transformative leadership begins when people stop performing and start remembering who they've always been.
Above all, Rachel is a woman of faith, a proud wife and mother, and a daughter of purpose. She lives in Omaha, Nebraska, with her family.
